Rancho Cucamonga
- Rancho Cucamonga’s 4th of July Spectacular hosts the annual Fireworks Show at LoanMart Field in the Quakes Epicenter. Families are welcome to come out and enjoy on-field games, activities, entertainment, concessions, and an amazing evening of fireworks!

Chino
- Chino’s Fireworks Spectacular this event is a salute to the armed forces. It features carnival rides, games, food and a concert by TimeBomb (playing late 1970s and early 1980s music) at 5 and 7:30 p.m.
- Where: Ruben S. Ayala Park, 14225 Central Ave., Chino
- When: Saturday, June 30 from 3-10 p.m. (Fireworks start at 9 p.m.)
- Cost: Free; $10 parking available at the Chino Fairgrounds
Chino Hills
- Chino Hills Independence Celebration features live music from Fortunate Son, a Creedence Clearwater Revival tribute band. There will also be game booths, community booths, arts & crafts, strolling entertainment, giveaways, and of course, fireworks!
- Where: Veterans Park, 14877 Eucalyptus Road, Chino Hills
- When: July 3 from 5-9:30 p.m.
- Cost: Free
Claremont
- Claremont’s Fourth of July Celebration starts early! Join the festivities at 7 a.m. with a pancake breakfast at Memorial Park and ends with an amazing fireworks show at Pomona College. They’ll also have 1K/5K runs, games, rock climbing, an obstacle course, and other activities! They’ll even have a parade and a concert by The Ravelers.

- Cost: Mostly free; $5 for the pancake breakfast, $10 for The Ravelers concert
La Verne
- The La Verne Fireworks Show won’t disappoint. It features a pancake breakfast, parade, and the 55th annual deep-pit barbecue. After the sun sets there will be a concert featuring the Answer and the fireworks show at Bonita High School Stadium.

- Cost: $5 pancake breakfast; $15 for barbecue; $7 adults for the concert and fireworks show
Ontario
- The All-States Picnic is a long-standing tradition in Ontario. It starts around 10:30 a.m. (following the 9 a.m. parade), look for residents to bring picnic baskets filled with all sorts of goodies to Euclid Avenue and C Street to meet and reunite with people from throughout the country. At 5 p.m., the festivities shift to Westwind Park, where there will be live music and other entertainment, plus fireworks starting at 9 p.m.

Pomona
- The Pamona Kaboom! definitely lives up to its name. It’s filled with monster truck competitions, freestyle motocross performances and, of course, fireworks. They will also feature an opportunity to meet some of the drivers, monster truck rides, and a buffet dinner.
- Where: Fairplex, 1101 W. McKinley Ave., Pomona
- When: 5-9:45 p.m. July 4
- Cost: $18.50-$27.50 for the Monster Truck Show (dinner buffet is extra)
Upland
- The second annual Firecracker 5K is quickly gaining traction in Upland. This fun run (and walk) at Upland’s Memorial Park starts at 8 a.m. on July 4. After the run, children are welcome to play in the park on their bikes, scooters, and wagons in a festive parade! There will be prizes awarded for the best decorated and most patriotic participants. The city will also be serving breakfast for $5 per person.

- When: 8-11 a.m. July 4
- Cost: $25-$30 to enter the 5K
