Thoroughbred Christmas Lights 2017
It’s that special time of year when Thoroughbred Street, Rancho Cucamonga gears up for a spectacular holiday season! This is our favorite time of year here at the Lisa DiNoto Group. We look forward to seeing you all the Thoroughbred Christmas Lights in Rancho Cucamonga this year!
Christmas Lights In Rancho Cucamonga
The grandest Christmas light display of them all is found right here in the heart of Rancho Cucamonga. The Thoroughbred Christmas Lights in Rancho Cucamonga, sometimes called “Alta Loma Christmas Lights,” are a long-standing Christmas tradition that has been enjoyed by locals and beyond for over 20 years. The Christmas lights installation in Rancho Cucamonga brings in countless families every single year, and this year should be no exception!
When Do The Thoroughbred Christmas Lights Start?
The Rancho Cucamonga Christmas lights start the first weekend of December. It’s best to plan ahead and bring the family as soon as possible. The closer to Christmas it becomes, the more crowds you can expect. But all good things must come to an end! The last day to see the Thoroughbred Christmas Lights is on Christmas Eve, December 24th.
Thoroughbred Christmas Lights Themes
Residents of the Thoroughbred Street go all out and have an array of uniquely themed Christmas decorations and lights. Everything from Disney movies, favorite sports teams, Star Wars, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Grinchmas, and much more!
What To Bring When You See The Christmas Lights
Some Thoroughbred residents may even offer some fresh eats and drinks for sale! In past years we’ve seen items such as churros, mini donuts, hot chocolate, and coffee. Be sure to bring cash for not only these items, but also special donation opportunities.
Also, don’t forget to bring a jacket because it gets really cold and it will take about an hour to walk the entire street.
How To Get To The Thoroughbred Christmas Lights
Looking for Thoroughbred Christmas Lights directions? The Thoroughbred Street “loop” is located off of Sapphire St north of Banyan Street and south of Hillside Road. You used to be able to see the lights on foot, but this year a few things have changed. Now, the quarter of mile loop must be driven. If you drive at slow speeds, you can still see all of the Thoroughbred Christmas Lights clearly.

Well that is the dumbest thing I’ve heard. We can’t walk it anymore??? I think they should make it only walk through. This ruins everything because now we can’t even buy the food or enjoy it since nobody knows how to drive through there anyway.
