With Halloween just around the corner, It’s the perfect time to check out your local pumpkin patch and bring home a few to turn into jack-o’-lanterns! But where should you go to get your spooky gourds?
Right here in Rancho Cucamonga, there’s one of Cali’s largest and best-reviewed spots, Stu Miller’s Pumpkin Patch. Not only does Miller’s patch have thousands of locally-grown pumpkins, there are bouncy houses, slides, and obstacle courses. Miller’s patch is a one-stop-shop for kids’ Halloween fun. Also has locations in: Eastvale, Santa Clarita, Hesperia, Lancaster, Murrieta, San Marcos, Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks.
Little Rascals Pumpkin Patch and Halloween Haunt located in Ontario! Pick your favorite pumpkin on the cleanest pumpkin lots, bounce in exclusive halloween themed bounce houses and obstacle courses, blast monsters in our kid friendly inflatable haunted house, ride a horse at our petting zoo, axe throwing, climb the rock wall and if you’re brave enough, venture into The Carnival of Darkness.
Live Oak Canyon in Yuciapa is a mini Disneyland! Go experience the wonder of the various pumpkin patches with their fantastic rides, slides, ponies, petting zoos, games, food and more! This place is massive and has so much to do! It’s a great time for the whole family!
Venegas Family Farms in Ontario! According to reviews, they have the best pumpkins in town and is one of the rare pumpkin patches that is dog friendly! Their site says “We are your local source for reasonably priced, responsibly grown pumpkins. At our patch, we promote wholesome family fun that won’t break the bank.”
Amy’s Farm in Ontario has an array of pumpkins for sale! Shop for fresh, organic fruits and veggies in our self-serve produce stand. Come pick out a pumpkin and say hi to all the cute farm animals!
Frosty’s Forest Christmas Trees & Pumpkin Patch Fall at Frosty’s Forest is a time full of exciting attractions, games, and beautiful, plump pumpkins ready for carving! They have slides, inflatables, corn mazes, concessions, festival games and tons more! Located in Chino!
Cal Poly Pomona Pumpkin Fest Huge pumpkin patch with $5 any pumpkin! This patch also has a petting farm, hay rides, pony rides and a large corn maze! Some good ol’ family fun!
The Pumpkin Factory in Corona! Which features a giant corn maze instead of the typical Halloween hay-bale maze. The maze has over 12,000 feet of walkable paths, and includes puzzles the wanderer must figure out. Any “Maze Masters” who make it through receive a prize. In addition to the rides and slides the other pumpkin patches offer, The Pumpkin Factory has a bungee jumping attraction!
Peltzer Farm in Temecula! Peltzer mining co, pony rides, petting farm, train rides, pumpkin painting, shaved ice, mini John Deere tractors, tractor garden and carnival games! This place is definitely on my list to go check out!
